Steven M. Silverman

Steven M. Silverman graduated from Queens College in 1979 with a B.A. degree in political science.  In 1981, he received an M.B.A. degree in management from Hofstra University, and a J.D. degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1984.

Prior to joining Peltz & Walker, Mr. Silverman was associated with the New York City firms of Pizzitola & DiBlasi and Diamond, Rutman & Costello where he practiced all phases of negligence defense litigation.

At Peltz & Walker continues to be involved in all aspects of medical malpractice issues, construction injuries and public entity liability.  Mr. Silverman is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. Tax Court.
