L. Ruby Rey graduated from City University of New York, Queens College, in 1987 and received her law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1990.  Following law school, Ms. Rey was an associate with Rivkin, Radler, Bayh, Hart & Kremer, working primarily in the area of environmental law and hazardous waste insurance defense litigation.  At Peltz & Walker, Ms. Rey is engaged in the defense of high exposure medical malpractice matters, including, but not limited to, orthopedic, obstetrics, neurosurgery, internal medicine and radiology issues and products liability claims.  Ms. Rey is admitted to practice in New York and she is a member of the New York State and County Bar Association.  She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
