Dana L. Steinberg graduated from Williams College in 2002 with a degree in Anthropology and Classics, and received her M.A. from the Stone Center for Latin American Studies at Tulane University.  She received the Tinker Grant for Study in Latin America.  She graduated from Tulane Law School in 2007 with a certificate in European Legal Studies.  She was a trial assistant for law firms in New York and was a student attorney handling Katrina litigation in New Orleans.  She was a legal clerk for a 4th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge in Louisiana providing legal research. At P & W, she is involved in primarily medical malpractice matters, in preparing appropriate motions and conducting discovery.  Ms. Steinberg is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as before the U.S. Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
